Country Fried Pickles

What You'll Need:
Vegetable Oil or Peanut Oil
Italian Bread Crumbs
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
2 Eggs
Pickle Chips- any kind that you'd like- dill, bread & butter, etc.
What You'll Do:
Fill the pan with oil about a centimeter deep
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
In a separate bowl, place the bread crumbs (a sufficient amount; about a cup- you can always add more)
Mix Black Pepper & Cayenne Pepper (in an amount to your liking) in with the bread crumbs
Drain pickles and pat dry with a paper towel
Next dip the pickles in the egg, bread and place in hot oil
Let them cook till golden brown, about 30 seconds on each side
Place on a plate that has been lined with a paper towel to absorb the grease
For the Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup of Blue Cheese or Ranch
1 tsp of Sriracha
Grab some napkins and chow down!
